It is the general policy of FXCM for all client transactions not to give execution factors other than price and costs preceden ce unless they are instrumental in delivering the best possible result in terms of total consideration to the client.

The follow ing applies to retail and pro fessional clie nts. Subject to any specific instructions from a client, FXCM may use one or more of the following venues and basis of execution to ena ble it to obtai n the best possible result on a consistent basis when executing an order on the client’s behalf.

Rolling sp ot forex is traded over-the-counter ("OTC ") and it is not a financial instrument which is traded on regulated markets or an exchange. Forex Capit al Markets LLC (“FXCM US”) receives electronically real time executable prices from prime brokers and broker-dealers and executes all client rolling spot forex transactions as a riskless principal with FXCM US. Through its arrangements with FXCM US, Forex Capital Markets is able to offer two ty pes of forex execution, No Dealing Desk and Deali ng Desk.

FXCM provides a straight through No Dealing Desk rolling spot forex execution model. In this model FXCM passes on to its clients the best prices that are pro vided by one of FXCM's liquidity providers with either a fixed mark-up or separate commission amount for each currency pair. In this model, FXCM does not act as a market m arker in any c urrency pairs and is reliant on these external providers for currency pricing. Alt hough this model promotes efficiency and competition for market pricing, there are certain li mitations to liq uidity that can affect the fin al execution of your order.
