This document contains the most important and relevant element s of Forex Capital Markets Limited and FXCM Securities Limited’s (collectively “FXCM”) order execution policy and arrangements which enable clients to mak e a properly informed decision about the use of FXCM’s executio n services.

FXCM is obliged to take all reasonab le steps to obtain, when ex ecuting orders, the best possible result for its clients (“best execution”) takin g into account the execution factors (noted below) where FXCM acts on behalf of a client.
 
倘福汇代表客户行事， 福汇有责任在执行指令时采取一切合理步骤，及于考虑到执行因素(见下文)后，为客 户取得最佳 可能结果(「最佳执行」)。
 
In circumstances where FXCM acts as principal on own account and does not consider it acts on a client’s behalf and does not assume responsibility to prov ide best execu tion FXCM will notify a client so that they a re properly informed.
 
当福汇作为福汇自己账户的主事人， 并无考虑福汇 代表客户行事 亦无责任提供最好的执行的情 况下，福汇将 会告知客户， 以使得客户知晓相关消息。
 
Whenever there is a sp ecific instruction from a client FXCM shall execute the order following the specific ins truction and complian ce with that specific instruction will be treated as satisfaction of the bes t execution obligation.
每当客户发出特定指示，福汇须根据 特定指示执行 指令，而遵照 该特定指示将视作履行最佳执 行责任。
 
Best Execution Factors and Criteria

When exe cuting a client order, FXCM may take into account the following criteri a for determining the relative importance of price, costs, speed, li kelihood of execution and settlement, size and any other consideration relevant to ord er execution (the “exec ution factors”):
 
在执行客户指令时，福汇可能会考虑 以下标准，以 厘定价格、成 本、速度、执行及交收的可能 性、规模及与 指令执行相 关的任何其他考虑因素(「执行因素」) 的相关重要性：
 
(a) the characteristics of the client including th eir classification as retail or professional;

(b) the characteristics of the client order;

(c) the characteristics of the financial instrum ents that are the subject of that order; and

(d) the characteristics of the execution venues to which that order can be directed.

Differenc es in market structure and the structure of financial i nstruments results in the s atisfaction of FXCM’s best execution obligations in different ways as further detailed below.
