Forex Cap ital Markets Limited quoted prices for CFD s on commodity futures and options are derived from the derivatives exchange where the relevant futures or options contract is listed. Rolling spot commodity pric e quotes are derived from the exchange traded futures contract for the relevant commodity with the exception of rolling spot precious metals where the spot price may be d erived, sourced or executed with. There are occasions w hen Commodity CFDs are executed with an external counterparty and FXCM will do this without notice to you. Forex Capital Markets Limited obtains prices from liquidity providers which are top tier b anks and/or broker-dealers.
